Judging Procedures
The points system* is used with scores as follows:

Outstanding Excellent Very Good Good Average Acceptable |
Merit is achieved when an image scores 80 or over.
*Except for Yervant, Licentiate, Mario Acerboni and Consumer categories.
The Judges use the following guidelines:
IMPACT - Creativity, Subject Matter, Dynamics, Visual Energy, Interpretation.
COMPOSITION - Perspective, Centre of Interest, Direction, Design, Graphic Stability.
COLOUR MANAGEMENT - Lighting, Quality/Quantity of Light, Colour Harmony, Tonal Range.
WORKMANSHIP - Print Quality, Style, Texture, Technique, Presentation.
