MPA National Awards 2013
The Winners of the Master Photographers Association National Awards 2013-14 were announced on the 20th October at the St. John's Hotel, Solihull.
Bringing the Photographic Industry together, with unprecedented Awards across 25 categories, the Master Photography Awards is the most anticipated event in the professional Photographic calendar, recognising the greatest talent in the photographic image-making industry. With a new team leading the Association beyond the 60th anniversary year, support from the trade is delivering a vibrant array of prizes. In addition to the elective catogories, from 2012's Qualifications a Licentiate, Associate and Fellow will find their work recognised with Awards for the best panels, and across all entrants, the David Facey Memorial Award will honour the most original, creative approach to image making.
Open Awards categories include the Graphistudio Wedding Album Awards, with a top prize including a trip to the Graphistudio Accademia of Photography at Count Ceconi Castle in Italy, alongside Epson's Black and White Award, the Post-Production and Digital Award, and the Yervant Bridal Award.
Students and unqualified members are also eligible to enter their own Open category.
With a fresh look at the Judging process, online entry and first round judging will be supplemented with an Open Judging day, held at Epson UK.
